Customer Application

Brehob Nursery, Inc. is a wholesale distributor of nursery and greenhouse plants. Our business is intended for use by retail garden centers and companies that do landscape installations for profit. To help ensure our business remains at the wholesale level, we feel it's necessary to verify each customer's wholesale status prior to their first purchase. The information you provide on the accompanying New Customer Application will help determine that we should be selling to your company
